Ingredients:
- 1 mug of Split Peas
- 1 onion
- 1 litre of broth
- 1/2 litre of milk
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Chop the onions and soak in oil. Once it is transparent, add the broth and the Split Peas. Cook until the Peas are tender, leave it to cool and blend. Before serving, season to taste with salt and pepper, add the milk and heat it up at the fire.
