Soybeans: Soy Burger

Ingredients:

  • 3 mugs of cooked Soybeans
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation:

Process the cooked Soybeans with an egg and oil, add the grated onion, the oregano and the Salt & Pepper. Knead the mix and add the breadcrumbs if needed. Form with your hands, dip in beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil and serve with lettuce.
