Peeled Bread Wheat: Omelettes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 mug of Peeled Bread Wheat
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • Parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Soak the Peeled Bread Wheat overnight, change the water and cook until tender (approx. 20 minutes.) Mix the eggs with the wheat, the pepper and the tomatoes cut into squares, the chopped parsley and season. Finally form the omelettes.
