- 1 mug of Millet
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 grated onion
- Salt, garlic and parsley to taste
- 1 tablespoon of mustard (optional)
Wash and boil the Millet in 3 mugs of water until it consumes the liquid. Leave it to cool and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Mold the burgers with wet hands and grill in oven or stove with a few drops of oil.
