Ingredients:
- 2 mugs of Split Peas
- 1 onion
- 2 small tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cook the Peas until they are tender. Sauteé the chopped onion in oil, add the tomatoes in cubes and the Peas. Season to taste, pour the preparation in an oven dish and make four holes, put an egg in each one. Bake in oven.
