Soybeans: Cold Soy Tart


  • 2 mugs of cooked Soybeans
  • 1 tart pastry
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 round tomato
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 2 tablespoons of mayo
  • Salt and pepper


Cook the pastry in an appropriate mold and set aside. Mix the soybeans, the chopped lettuce, the tomato in cubes, the capers and the chopped boiled egg. Season with salt, pepper and mayo. Fill the tart with the mixture and cool in the fridge before serving.
