Long Fine Rice: Rice Gratiné


  • 400 gr. of “Elio” Rice
  • 250 gr. of cooked ham
  • 50 gr. of margarine
  • Salt to taste


Cook the Rice in a pot with double the amount of water. Once the Rice has absorbed the water and it is almost cooked add the milk and half of the margarine along with chopped ham and a bit of salt. Leave it to cook until it is done. Remove from heat and add pieces of margarine over the top and gratiné in oven for five minutes. Serve.
