Ingredients:
- 500 gr. of cooked lentils
- 500 gr. of chicken
- 2 leeks
- 1 red pepper
- 1 saffron capsule
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- Broth
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Chopped parsley
Preparation:
Sauteé the finely chopped leeks, the chopped pepper in cubes and the chicken pieces in oil. Once the chicken has turned golden, add a bit of broth, lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes. Add the Lentils, season and add the saffron and the curry. Add a bit more broth if necessary. Continue cooking until the chicken is done and season with chopped parsley.
