Lentils: Lentils Terrine


  • 2 mugs of cooked lentils
  • 2 cooked potato cubes
  • 1 mug of chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 can of natural red pepper
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 50 gr. of pitted olives
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 packet of flavourless gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • Chopped parsley


Mix the potatoes, the lentils, the chicken, the red pepper in strips, the chopped egg and the olives in a bowl. Season to taste, add the chopped parsley and the mayonnaise. Separately, prepare the gelatin in water and heat it until it dissolves. Add to the earlier preparation and mix. Place in a bowl and leave it in the fridge until it solidifies.
