Ingredients:
- 400 gr. of “Elio” Lentils
- 3/4 of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 of grated parmesan
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 small onion
- Salt, pepper, garlic and parsley
Preparation:
Cook the lentils until they are tender. Drain and leave them to cool. Process together with the onion. Mix the preparation with the rest of the ingredients and leave it to stand for 15 minutes. Form the burgers.
