- 200 grs. de Split White Corn
- 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
- Milk (amount needed)
- Vanilla essence
Soak the Split White Corn overnight. Drain and put to boil in a pot abundantly filled with water, add the bicarbonate of soda and cook until the grains are tender, stirring every so often. Serve warm with milk, sugar and vanilla essence to taste.
