Ingredients:
- 4 mugs of Chickpeas
- 4 spring onions
- 25 gr. of butter
- 1 tablespoons of flour
- 2½ mugs of milk
- 4 tablespoons of grated cheese
- 100 gr. of cooked ham
- Salt. pepper and nutmeg
Preparation:
Soak the chickpeas overnight, change the water, boil, drain and set aside. Place the butter in a pot and sauteé the chopped spring onions, add the flour and then the milk, stir until smooth, cook until it thickens and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Chop the ham and add it to the mixture. Put the chickpeas in an oven dish, pour the sauce over it and sprinkle grated cheese. Finally gratiné in oven.
