Ingredients:
- 1 mug of Jardinera legumes
- 5 mugs of water
- 1 onion
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 4 bone marrow meat
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cook the legumes in water for 20 minutes. Separately prepare a sauce, sauteé the chopped onion in oil, add the bone marrow meat and the tomatoes in cubes. Add the legumes and cook for 5 more minutes. Season to taste.
