Ingredients:
- 2 mugs of Butter Beans
- 2 spring onions
- 1 teaspoon of chilli powder
- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
Preparation:
Soak the Beans overnight, change the water then boil with salt until they are tender. Then finely chop the spring onions and mix with the beans and the chilli powder. Season to taste with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil.
