Chickpeas: Sea Salad


  • 3 mugs of Chickpeas
  • 1 can of natural mackerel
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and parsley


Soak the chickpeas overnight, change the water then boil. Once cooked, mix in mackerel flakes, the finely chopped garlic and the peppers, without skin and chopped in strips. Season to taste with chopped parsley, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
