Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons of Semolina
- 1 green apple
- 1 l. of milk
- 200 gr. of sugar
- 6 eggs
- Vanilla essence
- Sugar to caramelise the mold
Preparation:
Pour milk in a pot on the fire to boil, then slowly pour Semolina. Cook for 1 minute, whisk for the whole duration. Add sugar and leave it to cool. On the side, in a bowl, lightly beat the eggs, add the grated apple, the vanilla essence and the semolina earlier prepared. Pour the mix in a caramelized mold and cook lightly in the oven over hot water for 1 hour approximately. Cool it to remove the from mold.
