Ingredients:
- 1 mug of Red Beans
- 1 mug of Black Beans
- 1 mug of Alubia Beans
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of chilli powder
- Vinegar, sunflower oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Soak the beans overnight, change the water then boil with salt until they are tender. Finely chop the onion and mix in a salad bowl with the Beans, the oregano and the chilli powder. Finally, season to taste with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper-
