- 250 gr. of Lentils
- 2 green peppers
- 500 gr. of cooked potatoes
- 50 cc. of broth
- Salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and oil
Cook the Lentils in boiling water for 7 to 10 minutes approx. Drain and set aside. Cut the peppers in strips and the potatoes in slices. Mix with the Lentils and add the dressing.
