    Peeled Red Lentils: Lentil and potato salad

    Ingredients:

    • 250 gr. of Lentils
    • 2 green peppers
    • 500 gr. of cooked potatoes
    • 50 cc. of broth
    • Salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and oil

    Preparation:

    Cook the Lentils in boiling water for 7 to 10 minutes approx. Drain and set aside. Cut the peppers in strips and the potatoes in slices. Mix with the Lentils and add the dressing.
