Ingredients:
- 1 mug of dried peas
- 1 onion
- 2 shallots
- 4 sausages
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 pie pastry
- 3 tablespoons of grated cheese
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Soak the Peas in water overnight, change the water and cook in boiling water over 25 minutes approximately. Sieve and set aside. Sauteé the onion and the shallots in oil. Remove from the stove and add the peas, the sausages cut in circles, the cheese and the beaten eggs. Season. Ease the pastry into tin and add the filling. Cook in moderate heat.
