Ingredients:
- 2 mug of Lentils
- 1 mug of Rice
- 2 onions
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- Salt
Preparation:
Cook the Lentils, drain and set aside the cooking water. Sauteé the chopped onion in the oil, add the rice. Cook for 2 minutes and pour the previous cooking water slowly. After 10 minutes, add the Lentils and season to taste.
