Ingredients:
- 3 mugs of cooked Lentils
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 teaspoon of chives
- Oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper
Preparation:
Place the lentils in a bowl and mix in the eggs, the garlic, the chives and the red pepper well chopped. Season to taste with lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
