- 200 gr. of Chickpeas
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 100 gr. of pitted olives
- Salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar and chopped parsley
Soak the Chickpeas overnight and then boil. Place the Chickpeas in a salad bowl, then the eggs cut into bits, the pitted olives and the lettuce. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Cooking time: 35 to 40 min.
