Ingredients:
- 1 mug of Butter Beans
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 10 gr. of pitted green olives
- 1 small tomatoes
- 50 gr. of mushrooms
- 10 toasts
- Oregano, salt and pepper
Preparation:
Soak the beans overnight, change the water then boil with salt until they are tender. Blend with the oil, the olives, the salt and the pepper until it’s pureé. Chop the tomatoes in cubes and slice the mushrooms. Place them in a pan, cook for a few minutes and season to taste. Spread the pureé over the toast. Sprinkle with oregano and serve warm.
