Ingredients:
- 200 gr. of Butter Beans
- 1 ripe skinless tomato
- 1 red pepper
- 1 small onion
- Vinegar, olive oil, salt and oregano
Preparation:
Soak the Butter Beans overnight, change the water and boil with salt until they are tender. Thinly chop the tomato, pepper and onion, add abundant vinegar and olive oil. Season to taste. Mix the preparation with the beans.
Cooking Time: 30 to 40 min.
