Ingredients:
- 200 gr. of Split Peas
- 3kg. of potatoes
- 1 small onion
- 2 hard boiled egg
- Salt, oil and vinegar to taste
Preparation:
Soak the Split Peas overnight, then boil until they are tender. Place in a salad bowl and add the previously boiled potatoes, the onion and the eggs chopped into bits. Season with salt, oil and vinegar to taste.
Cooking time: 25 to 30 min.
