Ingredients:
- 2 mugs of Soybeans
- 1 onion
- 100 gr. of black olives
- Thyme, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil
- 1 red pepper
Preparation:
Soak the Soybeans overnight. Change water and then boil until they are tender. Place the finely chopped onion, the soybeans, the chopped olives and the red pepper cut into strips into a salad bowl. Season with salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and fresh thyme.
Cooking time: 40 to 45 min.
