Ingredients:
- 200 gr. of Lima Beans
- 1 onion
- Lemon
- Mustard
- Salt and sunflower oil
Preparation:
Boil the Lima Beans in abundant water and salt after having soaked them overnight. Pour hot water over onion rings to smooth the taste, add to the beans and season with salt, lemon, mustard and sunflower oil.
