Ingredients:
- 2 mugs of Red Beans
- 1 onion
- 3 potatoes
- 50 gr. of black olives
- Basil
- Salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar
Preparation:
Soak the Red Beans overnight, change the water and then boil. Prepare the salad by mixing the boiled potatoes cut into cubes, the onion rings, the red beans and the olives. Season to taste with chopped basil, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
