Lentils: Lentil Stew

Ingredients:

  • 400 gr. of “Elio” Lentils
  • 1 onion
  • 5 chorizos
  • 500 gr. beef bits
  • 100 gr. cubed bacon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 canned tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper and provencal

Preparation:

Sauteé the bacon, add chopped onions, garlic, chorizos, beef and grated carrot. Add tomatoes and season to taste. A few minutes before finishing the cooking, add “Elio” Lentils previously boiled and check the seasoning.
