Ingredients:
- 400 gr. of “Elio” Lentils
- 1 onion
- 5 chorizos
- 500 gr. beef bits
- 100 gr. cubed bacon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 carrot
- 2 canned tomatoes
- Salt, pepper and provencal
Preparation:
Sauteé the bacon, add chopped onions, garlic, chorizos, beef and grated carrot. Add tomatoes and season to taste. A few minutes before finishing the cooking, add “Elio” Lentils previously boiled and check the seasoning.
