Ingredients:
- 2 mugs of Alubia Beans
- 1 tomato
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- Oregano
- Salt, pepper
- Oil and vinegar
Preparation:
Soak the Beans overnight, change the water then boil with salt until they are tender. Finely chop the tomatoes, the pepper and the onion. Season with abundant vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and oregano.
